Structured Stabilization for Adults with CPTSD

Rebuild emotional stability, relational clarity, and forward direction after crisis.

If you are high-functioning on the outside but internally unstable, repeating patterns, or feeling stuck after trauma, this assessment is designed to determine your next structured step.

Who This Is For

This assessment is appropriate for adults who:

  • Have experienced domestic violence, emotional abuse, or prolonged relational trauma

  • Appear functional but feel internally dysregulated

  • Notice repeating patterns in relationships, work, or decision-making

  • Are post-crisis and ready for structured rebuilding

  • Want forward movement — not indefinite processing

If you are seeking open-ended therapy or crisis services, this is not the appropriate setting.

What This Assessment Includes

During this 30–40 minute structured evaluation, we will:

  • Clarify what currently feels unstable

  • Identify repeating patterns

  • Define what meaningful stability would look like

  • Determine whether a 90-day structured stabilization process is appropriate

This is not a sales call.

This is a diagnostic conversation to determine fit.

My Approach

I specialize in structured CPTSD recovery for adults rebuilding after crisis.

My work focuses on four core domains:

  • Neurological reconstruction

  • Emotional regulation

  • Relationship restructuring

  • Values and goal realignment

Stabilization precedes growth - structure precedes freedom.

If We Are a Fit

If I believe I can help, I will outline a structured 90-day stabilization container that includes:

  • Weekly 50-minute sessions

  • Structured progression

  • Between-session check-ins

  • Clear stability benchmarks

If I believe another direction would serve you better, I will tell you that directly.
